- Maximum flexibility and ease of use- through an intuitive electronic digital control with phase programming, timed operation and temperature setting for the core probe we leave creation in the hands of the cook.

- Easy cleaning - rounded corners, simple removal of pan supports and shield and by the (optional) shower washing system.

- Exceptional performance through a double speed fan with inverted rotation at timed intervals. Temperature control through programmable electronic card and PT 100 probe for a temperature range from 50 to 270 degrees (mixed).

- Care for detail -The access door to the cooking chamber is built in three-layer silk plus screen printed tempered glass provided with chamber pane.The oven integrated steam generator is provided  with economister, preheating system and automatic decalcification cycle.
