RED line

5 or 8 tray medium size convection ovens with the following special characteristics:

- Available either electric or gas

- Uniformity of baking - the tray is introduced from the narrow side and therefore the surface that has to be covered by the hot air diminishes. Also the fan has a two-way running direction insuring for the product the same exposure on the right side as on the left side. 

- Cure for detail - 3 layer glass door, baking chamber with rounded corners and water discharge tray.

- Easiness to use- removable tray trolley and digital display of commands and automatic exhaust fume clearance

- Elegance - made entirely in 304 with a fashinable design.

- Variety- the oven gives the possibility to cook also at a reduced speed for those types of pastry that require more time in the oven at lower speed.

- Flexible - a programmable board can be added in order to facilitate the baking process.
