PERFECT GRILL
the grill to be used only and exclusively in professional convection and steam convection ovens in order to have the "grill effect" without adding another tool in the kitchen.
We produce 2 versions:
-
square mesh for grilling vegetables - the cooking time is around 8-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the piece to be grilled.
-
anti adherent plated parallel strips for meat and fish.
Both models do not require preheating before use.
The maximum temperatures for grilling are around 220-250°C in a slightly humid atmosphere. After use, the grids must be thoroughly cleaned, and placed in a suitable place so as not to be bumped and mistreated. They can be washed in the dishwasher as long as they are not subject to violent impacts as they are entirely made of stainless steel (AISI 304).
They are available in the following sizes: GN2/3, GN1/1 e GN 2/1.
