    thanks to its multifunctionality, with RED you have an oven for cooking pastry and bakery products that can be also used for gastronomy as the chamber is welded and provided with a central drain with siphon for water and fat.

    CLEANING

    for RED's cleaning we provide 2 solutions: internal washing or integrated retractable shower.

    The internal washing system has 3 programs: rapid - medium and hard.

    SAVINGS
