VENTO 16

    it is the largest and most powerful oven in our line of convection ovens. Provided with a practical 16-position removable trolley, VENTO 16 is an alternative to the rotary oven for large pastries, bakeries or supermarkets.

    The oven is available in the following versions: 40x60, 45x65 and 40x80 with different control panels:

    • MANUAL  (on/off, temperature, time, steam and steam exhaust)

    • ELECTRONIC MANUAL CONTROLS (on/off, temperature, time, steam, steam exhaust + automatic preheating) 

    • DIGITAL with 30 programs

    • 7 inch TOUCH SCREEN with intuitive commands and 90 programs

    ELEGANT AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

    The ovens are designed for the tray to be introduced from its narrow side reducing thus the surface covered by hot air and ensuring a more uniform baking. Its particular shape makes it an oven suitable for a variety of production environments and furnishing requirements.

    UNIFORM BAKING

    The timed automatic inversion of the fans and the particular shape of the chamber together with the correct preheating and the precision in establishing the cooking parameters guarantee a consistently excellent cooking.

    STEAM

    All Vento ovens are equipped with direct steam injection to prevent the products from drying out and to always guarantee excellent cooking results.

    90mm BETWEEN TRAYS 
    The space between the trays is 90 mm which allows you to cook even tall products without changing productivity or cooking results.
    The trolley wheels are heat resistant.
