HF - GASTRO 10
is a premium oven designed for creative cooks: high quality components and small precautions intended to facilitate the work and let creation flow into wonderful new dishes.
Types of cooking:

hot air cooking from 30°C to 270°C

combined cooking using hot air and steam from 30°C to 270°C to roast, braise and cook

core probe or Delta T cooking for low temperature cooking or for sous vide cooking
Special functions: 2 speeds or inverter, automatic preheating, reducing outgoing vapors, triple tempered glass door, water collecting trays under the door and baking chamber, rapid baking chamber cooling, regeneration, Ventostop and programmed start.

for the cleaning of the HF-Gastro ovens we offer the following solutions: integrated internal washing, retractile integrated shower or independent hand shower.
