          It is the professional convection oven with steam for pastry shops, bakeries and restaurants that combines functionality and price. It is designed for bars and bistros that need to bake sweets and bread and also cook savory dishes on a daily basis but the volume doesn't justify buying separate ovens to handle the demand.

          TIGRE prepares croissant, muffin, bruschetta, bread or pizza and cooks baked potatoes, lasagna or roasts ensuring the correct distribution of hot air and steam in the cooking chamber for an even baking.

          With TIGRE you have 1 oven for 2 uses: baking and cooking in the same oven.
          Because of its dual purpose, the cooking chamber is made in AISI 304 with central drain and a built-in rinse system meant to ease the cleaning process.

                        While designing Tigre we had in mind the user who isn't 100% a pastry chef or a cook and we developed an oven with a double tray support that can both bake pastry and bread and cook delicatessen dishes in less than 1m³. This oven eaisly fits through doors. Tigre is an entry-level model for the frirt step in the profession.

                        Everything you need to take your first step into the professional cooking world 

                        Because the first step is always the hardest and because not all enthusiasts are chefs, we developed a 2-in-1 oven that allows you to explore the business or the profession of pastry chef, baker or chef. Tigre is a entry level professional convection oven that uses fans to move the hot air around the food distributing it evenly throughout the cooking chamber. Convection ovens significantly reduce cooking times (compared to a static oven) and ensure even cooking or baking.
                        I forni hanno personalità.  Con Tigre puoi effettuare una cottura ad aria calda fino a 270˚C o una cottura a convezione e vapore da 90˚ fino a 270˚C in quanto l' umidificazione è una caratteristica standard di tutti i nostri modelli. A cosa serve il vapore? Per non essiccare il prodotto, per evitare la formazione prematura della crosta sul cibo o sull'impasto o per dare un bel aspetto brillante ai tuoi croissant o panini. Il vapore serve per preparare piatti più leggeri e gustosi ma anche per sciogliere ogni incrostazione di grasso e per pulire il forno senza fatica.

                        Ti proponiamo un forno professionale elettrico entry leve l che ti permetterà di controllare la temperatura, il tempo, l'umidita, la velocita dell'aria (opzione) e di pulirlo più facilmente senza doccette esterne. Grazie al doppio supporto teglie (sia per pasticceria che per gastronomia) potrai passare dalle teglie 60x40 alle teglie GN 1/1 senza acquistare e montare altri accessori.  In generale, i forni professionali di pasticceria non sono dotati di scarico nella camera di cottura e la pulizia del forno è più difficile da eseguire. Tigre ha la camera di cottura in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304 (che resiste di più ai detergenti utilizzati per la pulizia e alla ruggine), con scarico e con sistema risciacquo per aiutarti nella pulizia del forno a fine giornata.  Abbiamo preferito aggiungere il risciacquo perché ridurre il fastidio del lavaggio (entrare in contatto con i vapori del detersivo o con le gocce d'acqua che possono saltare dalla camera mentre si usa la doccetta esterna) e tenere i costi contenuti. Basta spruzzare detersivo con il spray apposta, lasciarlo azionare e ruotare la manopola del risciacquo per 4-5 minuti per pulire il detersivo.
                        La versione touch screen è prevista con lavaggio  programmi configurabili multifasi.
