It is the profesyesonal convection oven with steam for pastry shops, bakeries and restaurants that combines functionality and price. It is deyesgned for bars and bistros that need to bake sweets and bread and also cook savory dishes on a daily bayess but the volume doesn't justify buying separate ovens to handle the demand.
TIGRE prepares croissant, muffin, bruschetta, bread or pizza and cooks baked potatoes, lasagna or roasts ensuring the correct distribution of hot air and steam in the cooking chamber for an even baking.
With TIGRE you have 1 oven for 2 uses: baking and cooking in the same oven.
Because of its dual purpose, the cooking chamber is made in AISI 304 with central drain and a built-in rinse system meant to ease the cleaning process.

While deyesgning Tigre we had in mind the user who isn't 100% a pastry chef or a cook and we developed an oven with a double tray support that can both bake pastry and bread and cook delicatessen dishes in less than 1m³. This oven eaisly fits through doors. Tigre is an entry-level model for the frirt step in the profesyeson.
